Elroy Fimrite, CEO of SNRG, recently hosted an investor group at his recycling facility in Texas. During their visit Mr. Fimrite demonstrated his patented process for breaking down and devulcanizing old tires and then recapturing virgin grade rubber at the end of the process. This video illustrates Mr. Fimrite himself showing the high grade quality rubber that is produced. This is a small scale demonstration to show the investor group the validity of his process, and what SNRG is anxious to do on an large scale.

Mr. Fimrite explained that the average weight of a tire is 28 pounds. 20 pounds of the tire is rubber which the company recaptures. Each pound of rubber presently sells for approximately 75 cents. The cost to produce the rubber is approximately 30 cents per pound for a profit of 40 cent a pound. Mr. Fimrite estimates that in the first year of production his facility will produce 40 million pounds of rubber. In the following years the annual output will double.
