good stuff mate im an amputee to and yes they do teach this stuff in rehabilitation however people have their different techniques.

Therapists are often unfamiliar with some of the "tricks -of-the- trade". I've met guys who lost hands 20 years ago and never learned how to hold the knife this way. This is why I make the videos.
