Well, it is all about the shrimps in this video.

I mention Infusoria a lot, let me explain.
All it is, bacteria that develop in "old" water.
I use them as micro food for the VERY small shrimp fry.
But not only the fry eat them, also the adults will go nuts for them.
I have a better explanation in the 2nd Video I made, go and check it out ;) http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=O4ivt58uIIM

I certainly have a lot of fun with the little buggers and it is fascinating to watch them grow and take care of themselves.
I dont know if you saw it, but the one shrimp is missing an eye xD silly thing......Its the only shrimp with a name: Blacky the Pirate, lol.

Anyway, hope you enjoy the video.

  • 7:00 is a very nice shot m8 ,

Your getting the hang of cutting and stuff! . But can i give you a advice , you can see a t 7:00 that you have the camera very close to the glass in a slight angle , result no reflection in the glass giving a much sharper image.

Try to film with your camera against the glass for the best result in a slight angle :P

Peace and love and i really enjoyed and acking to buyb dmn shrimps

  • Certainly, I am open for ANY advice.

I am glad when ppl try to help one another, since I will have more fun myself when the shots are nicer.

I definitely will try to improve on the camera, it was the first time I used manual focus btw, because of the debris and the very close shots.

Thanks again, and thanks for the rating + "awesomo" comment :)

  • ahaha how cool man i'm thinking of buying shrimps but scared that they will be killed lol.

    Love

  • All I can say, I am VERY surprised how good they hide and how fast they are.

I did not even take a pic when I just got them, they where all very small and they got attacked by the fish immediately, but like I said, they are fast and hide well.

So once you got some, they will take care of themselves quite well.

Also amazing is how long the fry live already, I thought they get eaten the day they spawn, but they still are all up and whirling.

    SHRIMPS ARE FUN!!!!!!!!!!!!

    Get some buddy, peace.

  • Hey man ,

    Pff thank god :P.

I never use manual focus ;) , just in a slight angle down and against the glass ( max zoom of 6-7x !)

Your welcome my friend :D, thinking of making a airtight thing to film underneath water lol

  • Hey Man,

Dmn that's really interesting indeed m8 , may be i will buy some , but still i think that one of the puffers will see it as a snack .

    Love
