  • @selicleto Montreal had a beats of a team too. Would have been a great World Series but the Yankees were primed. I became a Yankee fan during the dark days. Me and my mom in the upper deck with the stoners watching the boys. First game 1981 at 6.

  • @DeleteThisMF yes! how true that would of been Donnies chance to win a WS! I remeber the yankees were up in first had a big lead in the AL East and were best in the MLB. Not to forget Paul Oneil was hitting like .375 or so. The Strike hurt Donnie, I know the Yankees would of Won in 94'. This is before all of these so call Yankee fans who jumped in the band wagon after 96'. Ask how many people remember the dark days of the Yankees? 82' - 93'.

  • Would of won it in '94. Damn the strike, Donnie deserved one.
