★座面や自分の姿勢を感じてみよう

★呼吸を感じてみよう
~肩が上下しますか?
 腰が反ったり丸まったりしますか?
 お腹が動きますか?

★腹式呼吸に移行してみましょう。
~呼吸で横隔膜がクラゲが上下に浮遊するように柔らかく動き、緊張している場所に息を入れるようにイメージします。吐きだすとストレスやこりが水のように流されて出ていき­ます。
