No, not if they're already neutralized. Unless you knock out the hostage(Signature dosnt count) or shoot somone, they will just stay in against the wall.

at 2:40 what you shoeld do to don't spend the adrenaline is drop the hostage near the surrended police and get the cop fast and at 4:50. why don't you get the 2 uzis?
