I'll agree it's perhaps not impossible that a virtually non-existent kiss resulting in virtually no alteration of angle generates an amount of sound one would nonetheless hear on a YT video even given the resolution of the sound files included therein. Even so, it's telling that a virtually endless number of "ifs" now cumulates in the assumption that the shot must have been a miss unless Wu had missed (= your explanation below).

Hearing the sound of three hits (the first a tip-ball hit, the other two ball-ball sounds, must be explained--and CANNOT be ignored because "it couldn't happen." In the overhead replay you can see the CB change directions at a time, and in a manner, that is in agreement with a slight second touch beween CB and OB. An direct observation (overhead replay) that explains a clear phenomenon (3 sounds) has nothing at all to do with fantasy.
