  • Finally someone who speaks sensible about this topic! Look at all those raw vegans on youtube, are they RD`s? No, so why do you believe them more than common sense? Humans have been cooking their food for ages and theyve been fine with it!

  • there are many many videos on youtube that talk about proteins & calcium etc .... your information is very limited... you only need 3.5 mcg of B12 each day... that's easy to take in a supplement... i don't like this video!!

  • Thank you for that info. I was considering going Raw but incorporating the Raw Food Diet as a part of my typical diet seems like a safer bet. I was just diagnosed with Vit D deficiency. I want to feel better. I wish there were workshops on raw food diets so I could become educated by qualified teachers in a structured setting which covered all aspects of a healthy diet. That is something that I have never really learned and practiced. Making it fun and easy would be great.
