This is a 1992 video made of PJ Harvey at the Dutch Pinkpop Festival. It's early in her career. and her first album Dry had just been released. Even at this early stage she already had the balls to lead a 3 piece band, and made a convincing 'grungey' sound out of her guitar. Well Kurt Kobain was pretty impressed by her.
