hi, stretching is pretty important..before, after , and during exercises..or even on a daily basis..it will help-
•Increase or maintain flexibility for day-to-day or performance functionality
•Prevent injury during sports and exercise activity
•Increase performance in sport
•Offset muscle soreness after exercise

You know u did loads of reps with small weight then not so many reps with big weights tats a pyramid right

yep...thats it...lifting heavy weight will bulk the muscle making it bigger...but you must build up to a very heavy weight...starting with a medium weight..
