@MrWsad i concur *claps* it's high time that the richer elite of society take an initiative to contribute to rehabilitating these people appropriately. If not then the govt might as well tax the hell out of them to fund rehab for these people and to prevent those funds from being used for unnecessary defense spending and of course corruption should be viciously checked.

@Eternalmysteryable They don't think the abuse or lack of father figure or an ignored childhood justifies their activities... The things you mentioned caused them to improperly developed. They are not as educated as you and aren't capable of living outside the gangs or judging properly. "The vicious circle of evil must be crushed" by rehabilitating these people, teaching them how to work and monitoring them. Not imprisoning them like mindless animals or killing them.

Lucky sob. I don't live in such a culture. Mine is a fractured, confused, guilt ridden society that feels we should pay for "crimes" committed by our ancestors a century or more ago.
We also get to deal with cultures here that are dedicated to crime. They are brought up to kill and rob other people and do.

@TheYouwontgetit Ha, there are guns where you live. People you live around might not advertise that fact, but they have guns for home protection.
You even meet people who have been concealed carrying and didn't know it.
Theres also the fact that people decided what their community's are like. If you join a gang and run around shooting people, your community is going to suck. If you push drugs on people, you will have drug related crime, simple as that.

Gangsters have chosen a flawed way of life, thinking that the abuse or lack of a father figure or an ignored childhood justifies their activities which actually make some people fatherless, have traumas and they themselves abuse others so much so making their own lives which they hate, be re-lived by their victims. This vicious circle of evil must be crushed.
