@garycalgary - Wow. You're upset by someone who made comments a couple decades ago plus. Resentment issues? He had some very good points anyway. Vancouver has some amazing wood architecture and that wasn't showcased at Expo at all. I noticed that you have "calgary" in your name. And isn't the whole point here how people looked back then? He has been at Global BC for more than three decades, albeit scaled back to two weekdays as Anchorman. Originally he was going to retire after the 2010 Winter Olympics but suddenly announced he was stepping down Dec.15 and did his last broadcast at Global BC yesterday, Dec.16. It has been reported he'll be showing up at Victoria's CHEK 6 beginning in March.
