My 2005 bf 650 could do 68 downhill stock out of the box

I plan on lifting mine here pretty soon, is the extra 2 inches noticeable? And i bet it does, gotta love the Brute Force!

Is this the straight axle? If so I have the same exact quad and I had it topped out at 65, but that was before I put the pipe and jet kit on it

@coochiemama511 yeah its straight axle..did a few other things and got it up to 76mph one day..then decided to throw on a clutch kit, lift kit, and 28" outlaws on it..now it tops out around 50mph but man will it sling those 28's!!

yeah it was stock other than a K&N air filter...yep its the SRA model

wow!!! Thats fast. Im thinkin bout buying the same SRA model. I would install a Dynojet kit, HMF, k&n, and Dynatek cdi. Those few items should bring me up to around 70+ right?

i have done everything you mentioned and plus Iridium plugs and got mine to hit 74...just my opinion man the brute is an awesome bike...tons of torque and accelerates like no other...some people complain bout ground clearance on the SRA model..but i just added 28" outlaws and have no problem clawing out of the mud!!! you cant go wrong with this one
