Well the longest serving aircraft in the RAF, the Dominie T1 was retired from the RAF this week, it was the last aircraft my step-dad flew as an instructor before retiring from the RAF.
With the ever advancing technology in today's aircraft, the need for aircraft such as the Dominie are no longer needed.
Farewell Dominie, the longest server aircraft in the RAF, 1965-2011
Hats off the RAF, one day all things come to an end but thanks to the RAF that keep these magnificent aircraft in our skies longer than they are ever planned to be

Beautifully done! What a fitting tribute to a magnificent aircraft. I love all the new tech stuff, but mechanically controlled flight never looked so beautiful-
Great editing and music choice. Last year the HS125 was the subject of a Court Line Yellow scheme. Sketch was done in adobe Illustrator CS4 and Photoshop CS3. What an enjoyable project. The HS-125 really made the rounds at the FBO's, airline terminals, and airbases around the world.

I saw the Bulldogs leave Cranwell, the Jetstreams and now the Dominies. The skies are now too quiet. :(
