its actually..Well god said something but didnt mean it. this whole song is about how fucked up god is. like the part where he says "dry or wet ice they both melt andyou're equally cheated" means heaven or hell wutever u choose theres none so u get cheated. or "if you cant see the thin air then why the hell should u care" really means if u cant really see heaven why should u care about its existance..etcetc

Cancer's would repeat anything over and over again won't take you serious knowing is annoying, so he might have been expressing the way he would test somebody at the tip of their nerves, Cancer's are naturally special at making others pissed and mad and smile over your fury taking you to the point that they wouldn't stop until you swing at them they disappear running, then accuse you as a bad person.And pretend they were trying to be nice.
