Great job! I did it SO and AZ with a little bit different way. First I picklocked the kitchen door, i picked up the rat poison in the sewer near to the restaurant, i wired the negotiator, ran back to the restaurant, i syringed the cook, poisoned the food and placed the amulet on the tray, then i put the tray on the waiter's table. Then, he finishes our job and we only have to escape...

I've done it two times. But I used duisguise. For SO, yes is effectly hard.
