It looks nice but I've had problems with similar devices as far as holders go
I personally like a physical receiver so that I can hit my preset buttons without taking my eyes off the road. With the ipod you must look away to change anything because you cannot feel around the screen.
The power adapter on my receiver actually shorted out so I took it apart and soldered wires with alligator clips onto it and clipped those to the battery. The adapter circuit is under my seat and fed to my console

anything that uses an FM Modulator is ...um well donno. They stink on ice. Your xm programing will be over ridden and steped on by various radio stations as you come in and out of range. then you'll spend all your time fiddling with the radio when you should be keeping your eyes on the road.
