Hi Guys, In this video Im doing the Ab crunch using a 10 Pound Medicine Ball. This is great work out to get the lower abs and obliques to SHAPE UP and obtain solid definition.
REPS AND SETS By Levels:
Beginner: Legs on The Floor / No medicine Ball (Work your way up to that level) Sets: 1-2 / Reps: 5
Intermediate: Legs Raised / Use Medicine Ball (Pick the right weight for you) Sets: 1-3 / Reps: 6-8
Advanced: Legs Raised & Crossed / Use Medicine Ball (10 Pound Medicine Ball) Sets: 5 / Reps: 10-12
