@SeanRaleighSalesRep That's your opinion. This kind of thing is subjective. And I think MTV gave us some great shows: Beavis & Butthead, The Maxx, and of course the State. Not all of their programming was shit in the 90s.

@kent6667 America gave us MTV's The State, the KITH of my subgeneration (those of us born in the late 70s and early 80s, on the cusp of Gen X & Y.) Just about everyone my age still quotes from it . But really I don't think there is any "best" humor based on country - it's just different, as the cultures are different. Personally I appreciate English, Canadian and American humor equally.
