If you're watching this video then chances are you want to know how to get muscles fast. Maybe you've been going to the gym and you've been working out, but you haven't been seeing any results... Or maybe you're working out at home but you're not getting any bigger or any stronger...

I'm here to tell you I was in the exact same position as you not too long ago, I was a skinny guy and I was trying everything to gain weight and build muscle but it just wasn't happening.

But once I started using some of the techniques I'm going to tell you about in this video I was able to gain 37 pounds of muscle.

So one of the big mistakes most guys make when they're first getting started and trying to build muscle is that they work out too often. They're trying to work out almost every day. Most people, when they go to the gym, think that more is better.

The more I work out the better results I'll get, right? If I work out 3 days a week, my results won't come as quickly as they would if I worked out 6 days a week, right?

Well it's counter intuitive but that's actually not the case. You would actually probably grow faster if you lowered your workout frequency and you just tried working out 3 days a week instead.

The reason why is because your muscles don't grow when you're in the gym. They grow outside of the gym when you're resting. So personally I like to do Monday, Wednesday, and Fridays. What that does is it gives you a day of rest between each of your workouts so that your muscles can grow and repair.

This is a HUGE thing, and a lot of people don't believe me when I first tell them about this. it almost doesn't make sense, but it's just how your body works. You've got to give it time to rest and grow.

  • @ComboNational You shouldn't work out every day period. You should have days where you allow your whole body to rest and grow.

  • it in,although its never good to miss a workout,because it upsets the rythem of the training cycle.3x week programs WORK.champion olympic lifters i have worked with and trained with are living proof.i cant say that they are any more effective than 3x week.

  • 3x week;first,lifting weights every other day gives you time to do other types of training such as cardio sports etc.second,a day off the weights helps the muscles,ligaments,and tendons recover from the workout,which helps the next workout to be more productive.third,3x weekprograms lessen the possibility of boredom.fourth,there is less chance of overtraining and injury,fifth,trere is less interference with school,career,and social obligations.sixth,if you miss a workout you can still squeeze
