Pretty clear it was one of the 31 people at the party,whoever placed the call simply wanted to see how long it would take for a cop car to come by in case they got caught when it came time to kill her. RIP hunni xx

One thing I don't get about the investigation of this case is why JonBenet's big brother was never interviewed or questioned. I know he was just a little kid, but could it be possible that he felt jealous of JonBenet enough for being so popular in beauty queen pageants that they could have gotten into a fight in which he accidentally killed her?
