March 24, 2008.
After 5 years, two exhibits of the Natural History Museum of London, "Dino Jaws" and "T.rex - The killer question", realized in collaboration with Kokoro Dreams, are touring back in Italy... but only in one town, Cremona (it isn't where I live).

I simply couldn't lose this unique chance... and there I went, with my family!
Even though the robot dinosaurs are *extremely* well done and quite accurate (some have feathers, according to recent discoveries), the two exhibits are conceived to stimulate the curiosity and the reflections of any kind of audience... beginning with the youngest one! :-)
The first exhibit is about dinosaurs and their different eating habits.
The second one focuses on a debate that still sees scientists being divided on two different fronts: was the T-rex a carcass eaeter... or did "he" like to hunt its own (living) food?
I apologize for the (sometimes) bad quality of the footage: from my weelchair perspective... and with all of the people continuously walking in front of my videocam xD I couldn't maybe do better than this!
I didn't write really much in the video for to not sacrifice the footage: I'd say that it speaks (and screams and grunts and roars and munches) for itself!
Oh. And... I apologize for the continuous use of the word... "poo"! xD
But, please notice, it isn't my fault! Simply, they must have thought that children could "like" that subject, somehow... or, at least, that they could find it funny! ^_^
At the end of the exhibits there was an indoor "picnic area", where children were given paper & colors: thousands and thousands drawings were filling two enormous walls!
One day before the ending, according to my ticket serial number, the event saw more than 2 millions visitors! :O
By the way, I'd say that Jurassic Park, something like 15 years ago, gave a new life to the popular interest for these amazing, wonderful beasts! Thank you, Mr. Steven Spielberg! xD
Oh. There was an amazing, beautiful gadgets store, near the picnic area... *_*
There, I bought ***something*** amazing... but that it isn't yet the time to show you! xP
But that time will come!!! :-D
MUHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHA!
THE WORLD IS MINE!!!
[BONK!!!]

@trex1547
Definitely.
But I wonder if it eventually happened (talking about the feathers thing) because when they were filming it the fact velociraptors had feathers had not been discovered yet... I mean, many ground-breaking discoveries about dinosaurs are quite recent and consequence of the chance paleonthologists had to make reasearches in new places (China, for example)...
Thank you for stopping by!

@danbergam the velociraptors are not even half the size of the one in the movie (they got it mixed up with another raptor

I always goes like this, movie industry always feels that need to exaggerate everything... as if dinosaurs weren't enough amazing and fascinating the way they already are! :-\
