@SektionEi8ht Inane comments like this really annoy me. I enjoy Crowded House but I'm not going to go around saying all other genres are crap or artists "soul-sucking", even if I don't like their songs. Music is subjective and different genres appeal to different people. You can't say that some people are better than others just because they like different music, it doesn't make sense. Just enjoy the music you listen to and don't worry about music you don't.

I remember their old drummer. He had depression, and one day he went for a walk with his dogs and hung himself from a tree with their leads. At their concerts he used to sit alone on the stage with a single drum, and do solos. Fans loved them. The first concert after he died, the lights came on to an empty stage - and there was a lone drum sitting in the spotlight. The crowd went crazy, people were crying. THAT is what music is about - real feelings. That's why I love Crowded House.

@SektionEi8ht There are numerous songs by Quest, De La, Kanye, Jay, Outkast, PE, First Aid Kit, Garbage, Portishead, PJ, Veruca Salt, Nirvana, Radiohead, B Withers, Stevie, Michael, Whitney, Jimi, Amy, Bruce, Sam Cooke, U2, Zeppelin, Aretha, Marvin, The Doors, The Beatles, The Stones, Queen, Johnny Cash, Bob Marley & others that I MUCH prefer to this song, but that fact doesn't make we want to launch a jihad against Crowded House or anyone else with songs that by chance don't appeal to me.
