Good advice. It drives me nuts when I can't find any info on a local business, even though they have a web presence. What is particularly irritating to me is a business will have the physical location, phone number, reviews, directions, photos, etc etc, but don't give their hours of operation. So, I have to call, someone has to answer and tell me, when it could have just been posted with the rest of the info. It's a little thing, but it's very annoying.

It's amazing how much we take for granted. People aren't coming just because we built it. We've now got to leave a trail to help them find where we are. Great advice, thanks for sharing.
