The German court was just an ALIBI case for the public.

If the German Govt does not follow EU-directives they are then fined ... The public pays this via taxes. SO sovereignty will COST MONEY With other words the local German govt will always VOT PRO EU to save money and that way all EU Directives will be past ..... it is just a basic trick giving the illusion that the German constitution and govt function correctly in line with the law and public

these people are serious power junkies and everythings a scheme with them and always has been, when they want to pass things people should sniff out the rat and think what is the alternertive motive here, whats the game but people only see the positive because thats all they want to see. Ohh c'mon. Don't be a party pooper for Mr. Sócrates (he likes to be called Engineer, even though he isn't one, maybe because he graduated in a Sunday!), our beloved PM, that put so much effort in the Lisbon Treaty. He just wants our good (and money, to continue his corrupted schemes and livin' large).
