@zachsumthin Exactly, yet people from Toronto seem to take pride in their hardcoreness, which is basically 0. I am not someone who condones crime, but hell, how can you brag about crime when there is virtually none.

I grew up in Gov't housing, specifically 3725 Dundas..back in the day we had a caring atmosphere. Cleaners who would wash windows & polish the floors, we also had Security guards. Let me tell you, at age 43 today (I've since found my way to BC) that made the world to me! A clean environment, a guard that protected my family, that's what made the difference. I believe that if Gov't housing had the same, things would be much different - today! If not, I would've felt like shit like most do today
