4 Pork Chops

1/2 tsp dried sage -more for bigger chops, or 2 tsp fresh

1/2 tsp dried thyme {same as above}

1/2 tsp salt

Olive oil

1/2 cup THRIVE orange Drink, prepared

1/2 cup Orange Juice

1/3 cup THRIVE Dehydrated Raspberries

2 T. Red or White Wine Vinegar

Place raspberries in a bowl and cover with Juice and THRIVE Orange Drink, set aside.

Season chops with salt and herbs on both sides.

Preheat a frying pan and drizzle with olive oil, place your chops in and sear on both sides, cooking through

Remove from pan, and deglaze pan with juice, berries, and vinegar

Allow the raspberry sauce to continue cooking and reducing, over medium heat, until thickened and syrupy

Serve Chops with sauce and enjoy!

Natalie's Notes:

Okay, this sauce can turn out a little bit less sweet than you want it.  Don't be afraid to add a pinch of sugar if you need!  And definetely season to taste.  If your sauce is taking a while to reduce, don't let your chops get cold, keep them heated in a warm oven.  You can even sear them without fully cooking through and have them finish in the oven if desired.  I know you will love this simple, easy to make dish!
