Marine Biology Field Trip to Morocco's Principle Bird Sanctuary: Sidi Boughaba

The Amicitia Marine Biology classes took a trip to the closest coast to us in Fes, Qenitra, site of the old US military base. Unfortunately, the opportunities for tide-pooling are more limited here than to the South, and the South would be further away and more expensive. So I augmented the trip with a visit to the bird sanctuary, looking for marine and marshland birds. The students did a great job of keying out various specimens.
