I'm still glad that the song was released in 2000 though because if it was released in the 70's, then the recording quality would have sounded much worse like Icarus I. It's just amazing hearing the difference in production between the album version of this and the album version of the original Icarus. Icarus I was a great song but Icarus II is just so much more listenable for me.

I saw Kansas do this when they opened for Yes in 2000. Kansas and Yes at the same show--Prog rockers dream come true!!

Love this song far more than Icarus I. It's interesting to compare Ragsdale here with the other Icarus II video that has Robby. They're both great! And homestar92 is right...this would have been a hit in the 70s.
