i agree they even said the weather changes for every level but its only one...hard rain.

That bit about the AI director causing world changes was stretched so far, I'd call it false. Only that cemetery part changes and it is very small portion of 1 map in the whole game. And even that part doesn't really feel different because the entrance and exit is in the same spot, and you go through it so fast.
