  • @ButaChicken Agreed

  • @h3avysoundz totally agreed brah. 2600k is for e-peens and thats it.

  • @madebarriere 1680x1050

  • @h3avysoundz what res are you on? i can get only luije 45-50 in crysis with my 6950

  • I overclocked it till I killed it..

  • on watercooling before dying and having to be sent back to intell for repairs.

  • your right. However the 2600k is only secound to my brothers processor. Where I have my brother ,an IT graduate, has a I7 x980 fastest on earth. And I made him very upset by getting the secound fastest for 1/3 the cost. Hyperthreading matters for benching. If you don't care about that it's understandable. However I considered that in the future hyperthreading may become more popular ... and I wanted to piss off my brother. He is putting in watercooling because my processor hit 5.6 ghz

  • @andrewsheldonreeves I doubt you were running it with 8xAA. the only difference between the 2500k and the 2600k is hyperthreading which isn't utilized by a large majority of applications / games. And even when it is its a fairly minor increased in performance. Basically hyperthreading is not worth $100.
