Sibling revelry embraces the creative spirit of family. When embarking on the creation of a room, there's usually a vision that kick starts the direction and style. This jumping off point helps inform all choices of products and materials that are introduced to form a fully realized vision. As the older sister to my talented brother Theo (1/3 of the NYC-based product design team Rich, Brilliant, Willing), I wanted to play with Reverse Engineering. Instead of allowing a vision to define the products used, I decided to create rooms based on Theo's products. The result is three rooms inspired by a product or colour from Rich, Brilliant, Willing's offering.

Our primary-hued installation is a lighthearted and fun look at how different visions in design can co-exist in one family space. Theo and I are connected by family, inspired by creativity, and committed to design.

The Red Kitchen - Rich, Brilliant, Willing products include: the Bright Side Light and the Appalachian Dining Chair
