@WillyWonkaChocalate Sounds good. But the amount of work needed to be done to make all the mods work correctly and together on multiple platforms and specifications would not be worth it. As opposed to making a whole new game, which they have done. In fact, the work it would take to do that would probably be the same as making a whole new game.

Rockstar North needs to compile all of the mods floating around, do a little enhancements with their big budget designers and then market them like a 'GTA IV: Awesome Edition' or something to that effect that you could buy as a patch that would be official and could be used by all the systems.
