Mi parte favorita, BEST PART. La negación de todas nuestras culpas, del sufrimiento, aflicción, ira reprimida, melancolía, a la espera del reflejo en un espejo que solo conoce pureza, verdad, y amor, entonces sientes que todo lo que has contenido colapsa repentinamente a tu alrededor, derrumbarse. Es difícil aceptar pero deja tras de sí un vacio, espacio que puedes volver a llenar lo que siempre has querido buscar.

this symphony gives me chills now, especially at that part. it never used to. its amazing what some context and familiarity can do.

The best part of this video is the look on the childrens' faces. Bernstein is often criticized, but no one has ever done a better job of putting kids in touch with serious music. He could go a long way to undoing the damage done by the Miley Cyruses and Hillary Duffs of the world.
