Hello,
That is interesting, but what is the point? Also, I have a brand new HP Z800 workstation, and I installed a pair of X5675 CPUs, and the BIOS would not let the system boot, -stating that high powered CPUs were installed; Even though my power supply and these heatsinks supposedly support that model of CPU(s). I am a sys admin of 15 years (so you know) and flashed the BIOS with the latest revision beforehand. Any insights? Thanks, -John
