Cochabamba Bolivia South America. People selling food on the streets are busy making a living for themselves. They sell the Mote Pelado Blanco, a giant corn found to grow only on the pristine valleys of Cochcabamba. This corn comes in various colours and is eaten with cheese. Other products sold is fruits such as bananas and papaw. The ladies who sell on these streets are called Caseritas. The local currency is in Bolivianos. Other products that Bolivia produces is Quinao, Amaranth and Chia seeds, which can be supplied as Certified Organic nad is a major export industry for Bolivia..
