its normal to be scared and excited. I know I was but everything will be ok. I didnt have a long recovery time. I was back to work in 2 weeks. So, let us know whats going on! Too bad you have to do the liquid diet. I ate like a hog until that day! Thats terrible isnt it?? Ha

Hey good luck to you Delmar. Be sure to take a bunch of before pics - full body shots etc. Maybe some video too so you can see your progress. Remember ... sip and walk ... sip and walk :)
