On April 8, 2008 US Attorneys announced the indictment of 12 OPEU union officials for extortion, harassment and acts of violence.

A local newspaper compared the acts described to an episode of The Sopranos... but this is REAL.

This video, which features actual text from the indictment, serves as a reminder that union violence is all too real, and that often the victims are rank-and-file workers.

  • I will not pay protection money to a union. I do not require protection from my employer!

  • My experiences as a union member who voiced differences with my union on occasion acquainted me with the similarities organized labor had with organized crime. My observations of the union movement since severing my connection with organized labor has only strengthened my conviction that organized labor and organized crime are joined at the hip.

  • @MrRobertTownsend It's really a shame that these idiots give unions a bad rap. Unions and employers should be pragmatic, not resort to this crap

  • @1FreeWisconsin - Where can I get paid to point out the truth about compulsory unionization?

  • unions suck.....maybe all the people who aren't union don't make as much, but at least they aren't part of the strong arm tactics that are so much a part of unions historically.

  • @1FreeWisconsin I would be willing to bet the Unions do a lot worse. Why I have seen it .Spiked roads ,smashed wind shields .I knew a antagonist for the Teamsters worked with him as a matter of fact .He couldnt work Union not because he was black balled or anything like that Nooo tthat would be illegal

  • Anyone who checks these comments, please check out the people who post them.

These youtube sites look to be created for the purpose of posting pro NRTW comments. GENERIC YT sites are suspect.

This movement is the INFOMERCIAL FROM HELL.

Good bet these people posting work for the NRTW.

  • Back in the day these guy's would'nt have even thought of crossing the picket line, what a bunch of propaganda from a union busting organization all for the pure love of the wealthy they idolize, maybe since only 7% of the workforce is union is the reason why workers are working longer hours for less money and the employers and C.E.Os are the ones getting rich while their workforce get's poorer. just a thought.

  • Every body has to go out and film these communist SEIU thugs,...and bring them down

  • @jaghoff The purpose of a company is to make money not create jobs. Unions are legalized terrorist organizations. Unions force people to pay dues and then give to Democrat candidates money. This is illegal. Most union members do not want their dues to go to politicians. Most unions support Socialism. Former SEIU president Andy Stern, current AFL-CIO president Richard Trumka, and the NEA are some that support socialism. You do not have a right to take someone's money.

  • Don't need no stinking union. My skills dictate my wages, not some fucked up union

  • SIMPLE FACTS-Big Corporations are the actual owners of "Right to Work, UnionFacts and ALL of these anti-labor organizations. Do you think they formed these orgs. to benefit YOU ? Do you think they want to "Protect you from UNIONS" All they are interested in is having your ass punch that time clock for the lowest wage possible.period. Now do you get it ?
