    1) Ritual 2 - buttocks should be entirely pressed to the floor (here land), knees should be straight!

    2) Ritual 3 - inclination back should be done at the level of сhest, pulling spine, making a flexible curve back.

    3) Ritual4 - back should be straight when one takes the beginning position.

    4) Ritual 5 - legs should be standing in "V"-position entirely on feet (not on tiptoes)

    Actually I take that back, speed isn't the problem with the exercises in general, speed is your problem. The main issue is to do the movements SMOOTHLY. No jerking motions, just smooth gliding movements. If you are jerking, you are using the wrong muscles and putting strain on your body that is unnecessary and counterproductive to these exercises.

  • Woooudoo is right down there... SLOW DOWN!!!!!! These are exercises that a 100 yr old man should be able to perform (assuming he has been doing them for quite some time) and you should strive to do them as he would... slowly. It is certainly beautiful on the beach, but you should also consider that sand isn't the best place to do these either. Should be a somewhat harder and level surface.

  • hell no, it shouldnt be done faster thats for sure, you can only harm yourself, never heard of opening your chackras in a fastest way!!!
