I said I agree that this sign isnt worth complaining about (I guess it depends on if there is actually women working there) I think Tom Leykis is really obnoxious, but alot of the time what he says, makes sense (from what I've heard). @ManSpeakOut Men want to feel powerful and in charge, and women want to please and be socially acceptable. Both lead to bad consequences with regards to equality. It's not fair to blame either men or women for this. You seem to put a lot of stock in biology, so I think you should really accept that the average woman or man only does what is best for them in terms of sexual attainment rather than what is most equal or best for humanity as a whole.

@ManSpeakOut I'm certainly vocal about it. I'm downright pissed we are denied this right. There was a time when I considered joining the military, but my issue was that I wouldn't be permitted to fight hand to hand if it came down to it. But I guess that's "anecdotal" to you. Don't act like men don't cherry pick as well. I'm not trying to argue that women don't, but both sexes are equally guilty of being completely stupid about what benefits them most.

Which means to be only interested in men that have equal or higher social and economic status.

Stats shown the richer and more successful a man is, the more likely he is to marry.

This is another contributing factor to this peer pressure, because many men know most women will only marry them if their loaded.
