How about providing EQUAL opportunities, instead of unequal opportunities for women specifically! An EQUAL opportunity would include women being hired as well as men. Women being hired instead of men is the same kind of discrimination that Women's Lib fought in the 1970s. Revenge does not solve the original problem. Shame on AT&T for being sexist.
