your in it you crazy guy.,.nicely thought out but you missed heaps, where is the ferry to East where is the spirit and the docks where is the municipal buildings, where are the lovely homes facing the water and the river views, where is the view from Forth towards Burne and the ocean views of 2 sides, and I haven't even spoken about the don or Ambleside and home hill home of Mr.Lions
