@Bloodfisteternal true. at least the amount of civilians are much reasonable than in IGS's Lord of Gun which not only rips off Lethal Enforcers, but it also overloads the game with innocent bystanders.

@reillo9 it looks like 2 player mode. Justice Mode uses one set of life points instead of 2 individual ones.
