cont. -and what not but this seems certainly doable, though drinking all your food might get a little old. Can you give me an idea of what you might eat on a typical day? And... Are you still eating Raw since this challenge was so long ago, are you knee deep in mashed potatoes or are you still smoothying it up??? Thanks so much! Love your videos!!!! How funny, I'm in Alaska too and there are 8 other posts before me and one is in Alaska too! Hard to eat raw in alaska year round. Organic produce sucks here most of the time, actually all produce sucks here most of the time. I do want to try and eat more raw though. I 've been watching a few of your vids and I am just curious. Do you Drink all of your meals? Do you prepare your food in any other way? The raw food eating seemed so intimidating before with the dehydrators and....

I agree, 80 10 10 is the way for major energy. I got Dr. Grahams book a few months ago and started eating more fruit, greens, and veggies right away. I have found I'm able to get through the cravings if I eat enough. I also feel my brain is functioning better on low fat. Hey did you say the Nasturium leaves are edible?? I have a huge plant that's taking over my yard.

It's the terminology Dr Douglas Graham has come up with for a very human friendly way of eating. It represents 80% carbs, 10% protein and 10% fat.
