The night before, we got lost as hell in the grassy area seen in the middle of this footage from our valiant return the next morning. The last part of this truly bizarre trail (carved DEEP into the rock) is one of the coolest looking places on the planet, if you like "caveman caves." There was a large pueblo built around the natural cavates or mini-caves, but now only the customized caves and the incredible groove-path remain. It looks a little like the town Bedrock of The Flintstones, but had a much better view and probably smarter inhabitants. NOTE: petroglyphs all over this ruin prove beyond the shadow of a doubt that these Ancestral Puebloans KNEW OF X-DAY!
