To go "HUNTING" retard. He's not walking into rooms with it. If anything he'd be safer cuz he need someone to put the bullets in for him. So there's an extra person making sure he's safe. im a c6 quad and you are very simple minded, there is a lock turned by the mouth to arm the puff control which fires the gun. so he can sneeze all he wants.

If the gun is mounted on his wheel chair and the quadriplegic wears a helmet with a sight that is calibrated to control and aim the gun then he would be set up similarly to an Apatchy helicopter. Then there would be a different out come when the department of education knocks down his door with a SWAT team looking for overdue books, or student loan payments. Recently an Iraq Veteran was killed in his own home when a SWAT team busted down his door. Look it up!
