But they treat everyone as they were. They would say it's inapopriate for younger audience. Well, whatever. We don't know what would become of them if they were taught that god doesn't exist. They could think 'there is nothing to stop me from doing...' or 'why shouldn't I...' (put some nasty thing in place of ... )

"I'm not a slave to a god that doesn't exist" it says in the song, while there is Kimmimaro in the Vid. WTF? He's complete opposite- Orochimmaru was like a god and master for him. Kimimmaro belived in Orochi's judgement and sacrificed himself for him. That's faith.
So... did you even think about it or did you just put some nice scenes in and added music? No special effects, no music-vid sync, no meaning behind. That gives you a 2 from me.
Good song and good anime don't make a good AMV.

Actually, it says "A god that doesn't exist", that could apply to any god, and what does it matter if it says that, not everyone is a Christian...
