Oscoda Football Returns

In 2006 the Oscoda varsity football season was cancelled after just four games, attracting attention from national media including the Colbert Report, ESPN, and David Letterman. This year they toughed out a no-win season, but achieved victory by not giving up.

Im not dissing but Capac just blew them out 47-12.. lol, im from capac and we have a cabin in oscoda RUght across the street from the high school, and well men and women from oscoda.. your boys played a hell of a game last night.. im on the jv team senc eima freshman, and i was bummed to find out we wouldnt be playing in oscoda.. but its okay.. you guys plaed a hellll of a game

@awsrider12 If you actually knew what you were talking about you would know that Oscoda still has many excellent athletes. Although not all of the sports teams excel as one there are many athletes singled out with honors. State caliber athletes. Learn your facts before you open your mouth.

oscoda just has terrible students now, class of 09 was the last of the athletes, sad to say, but true, not looking good for the owls anymore
