  • Those are called "off horses". They were historically pack horses that carried gear. As with everything else in the Army, uniformity in appearance also plays a role!

  • @PhantomDrums917 Its probably because they want all of the horses to look the same.

  • Why do the horses on the right have saddles if no one is riding them? Just curious. :)
