First off, I'm driving with one hand and filming with the other, so my driving is a bit poor. But I wanted to share what these tires perform like. You can see they will slide if pushed. I think Proline did a good job making sure there's pletty of grip but not too much. I definiently could use some tuning as my Hyper 10 was 3 wheeling all over the place. The core of the tire is pretty cool design. The side wall is medium firm but it gives like a drag tire, yet has very litte defection under cornering. Its a cool design. Only down side to it is the tire is heavy compared to my other tires. Overall I'm very happy with them.

  • No, the Pro Cores are designed so you don't use foams

  • I think this tire would be great for that. I was drag racing my brothers Slash 4X4 and I beat him everytime off the line. These tires vers the slash tires on-road offered so much more control. The Slash was all over the place and to keep up, he would have to over drive the Slash bad to keep up. I did notice the 10SC would lift the frontend up pretty bad on launch. The stock setup is too soft for onroad. So white springs are going in and gonna try 50 weight oil. We'll see

  • @Chiliarcher i dont no those things but im in exactly the same position as you and ill try and find out

  • if you have the pro core street fighters on the bead-loc wheels.., do you not need foam inserts

  • i actually like heavy tires because the weight distribution, an help keep the car down from wheelies.

  • Hi,

I'm looking for street tires for my 2wd slash for the summer, i was wondering do closed cell street fighters do lose grip at all at high speed cornerings (just like this video) And are burnouts possible?

  • my track is thinking of starting a drag race and i am going to drag my ofna 10sc... and do you think this tire has enough forward bite. or does it spin a lot?
